If it is not possible to lay a cable

In the case of:

  • Droop has already been stretched all the way home once before
  • All devices are activated and worked properly
  • With the replacement of the drop box, the customer will get the perfect service

We can close the job and get paid for it.

To do this:

On the miter, we make the following metrics:

HIP >> TDR, TAP (PASS), GROUND BLOCK (FAIL), CPE (PASS).

(The easiest way to get a FAIL result is simply to unplug the wire.)

Next we do HHC (Pass to Close)

It is desirable to go all green, if not, we do the following actions:

Click on Proceed >> Exception >> Refer Drop Bury...

Further, when closing the job to the question "Is there Underground...Needed" Answering "YES" A form will pop up, fill it out.

Make sure the code "Refer To Drop Bury" is selected.

And close the job.

In all other cases:

We call the DOJ and say:

"Needs Driveway bore" if you need to dig under concrete 6ft>60ft wide.

"Needs Prebury" - If there is no concrete or it is already 6ft.

You'll be out of a job.

Don't forget to report to the NOT DONE group, attaching all the necessary photos plus a photo showing which side of the house the meter is on. Example photo.
