A car for work

If a suitable car is not available, it can be rented for 125$ per week.

125$ includes full auto maintenance as well as insurance. Rent is paid by automatic weekly payroll deduction.

To rent a car, please notify your supervisor. Vehicle models to be issued: F150, NV200m, Tacoma, Frontier. (Model is assigned in random order)

Rules for the use of a rental car:

• Inspection - The vehicle must have a monthly auto inspection. To do this, simply drive up to your depot and ask the dispatcher to do the inspection (takes 2-3 minutes)
• Oil Change - It is your responsibility to keep an eye on the oil level and condition, the oil should not be older than 5,000 miles. If you need an oil change, bring your vehicle to any Valvoline location and tell them you are from Mold Cable. After the oil change, make sure you are given a new windshield sticker. (The oil change procedure takes 5-7 minutes)
• Repairs - if there is a vehicle malfunction, inform your supervisor and they will coordinate you on the next steps.
• Replacement of consumables - Simple repairs that do not require the attention of a professional are done by yourself. (Wipers, filters, wipers, battery, etc.) Before purchasing a consumable, send a letter to your supervisor with the following content: Photo demonstrating the problem, photo of the receipt with the price for the new part, a description of the problem. Once approved for purchase by the supervisor, you purchase and replace the consumable. The following Monday after the purchase, a full refund will be transferred to your bank account.
• Prohibitions - There is a camera in the car that is designed to reduce the risk of accidents. The camera makes sure that the driver is not distracted and always follows the rules of the road, the camera is triggered only for traffic violations. List of violations and their consequences:
• Driver smokes (any type of cigarette) - 1 warning for the second offense the rental will be terminated - the car will be returned.
• The driver's not wearing a seat belt - 4 warnings for the fifth violation the lease will be terminated - the car will be returned.
• There's a cell phone in the driver's hand - 1 warning for the second offense the rental will be terminated - the car will be returned.
• Driver distracted by drinking water/food - 4 warnings for the fifth offense the rental will be terminated - vehicle returned.
• The driver does not respect the speed limit - 1 warning for the second offense the rental will be terminated - the car will be returned.
• Red light running - 1 warning for the second offense the rental will be terminated - the car will be returned.
• Not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign - 2 warnings for the third violation the lease will be terminated - the car will be returned.
• Hard braking / turning / acceleration - 2 warnings for a third offense the rental will be terminated - vehicle returned.
• Driving with an unauthorized passenger - 1 warning for the second offense the rental will be terminated - the car will be returned.
• Driving by an unauthorized driver - instant termination, the car must be returned.

In standard driving mode, the camera won't bother you.

• Accident - in the event of an accident, immediately send the supervisor detailed photos of the accident and the address of the accident. The supervisor will coordinate further actions.
