A technician's working day consists of 5-7 visits to customers' homes. The application on your phone will display all the information needed to fulfill the order.

Orders consist of installing services such as internet, TV and home phone. No matter how confident you are in your decision, the process starts with getting out in the field:

  1. Trial day (You will be assigned to one of the technicians and spend a full day with him. During this day you will be able to see how the technician works, what he does and what the job consists of.   2. Apply for a job - After a successful trial day, notify your supervisor and complete the form: APPLY FOR A JOB The document review process takes approximately two weeks.
  3. Training - The documents are sent and signed, you can start the training.   4. Drag test - During the training, you will be sent an invitation to visit a clinic near you for a drug test.   12. Going in the Field - The supervisor checked your tools and added you to the schedule. Now every morning at 7AM, change your status in the app to Clock In/Available to receive orders. At 7:55AM, you are required to change your status to On Job if you have a job starting at 8. At the end of your orders and workday, change your status to Clock Out, Workday is over.   13. First paycheckThe countdown starts on the day of the first order fulfillment. A week later, on Wednesday, you should receive your first invoice for $300.
