Wireless Box Installation. If you encounter difficulties, please refer to the:

Installing the wireless box is best started by plugging it into the network.

Next, you should connect HDMI and only then add it to your account.

If the set-top box is properly connected, the screen will display Hello Hola, (do not pay attention to the quality of the image at this stage) Downloading will take 2-4 minutes

Select language (English/Spanish)

Confirm your choice by clicking "Yes".

Leave the voice guidance ?

In 99% cases, select "No, turn off."

Press OK (center button on the remote control)

Select the name of the client wifi.

Enter the wifi password and wait for Continue.

The box is connected to the internet!

If your remote is not connected to the boxes via bluetooth, this message will pop up. Just press 1 and 3 at the same time on the desired remote and that's it. The remote will be connected

If the box is connected to the TV and not to the monitor, then select "YES" to the question "can you control the TV with the remote control ?"

Here you need to press volume up/down on the remote.

And Answer the question: Does the TV volume change ?

If yes, answer YES and skip the next item.

If you answer "NO" in the next question, you will be taken to the menu for selecting your TV. Select the manufacturer and then type the TV model.

After successfully configuring the remote control with the TV. The box will offer to train the remote control to work with the audio system (On/Off +,-). If the client uses the audio system, select "Yes"

otherwise "Now"

Done! The box is connected to the internet and set up with the TV.

Now it's time to set up your Xumo account.

Accept the Agreement by clicking "Accept".

Installation Put the remote control aside as this stage should not be skipped. Next, if the customer is elderly and cannot create an XUMO account on his/her own, take his/her phone and connect his/her account. In other cases we ask the client to scan the QR Code from the screen or manually go to xumo.com/activate.

In the page that opens, xumo.com/activate enter the 6-digit code from the TV and press "Continue".

Ask the client to enter their email (it doesn't matter which one)

Ask the customer to check their email for a letter from Xumo.

Find the e-mail, open it, and click on "Click to Verify."

Creating a password

Length 8+

Minimum of 1 letter

Minimum of one digit or special character.

The site will ask for a lot of personal information, ignore it, scroll to the end of the page

Click on "Maybe Later."

Install Within a minute, the box should change the screen from "Link your account" to "Your Xumo Account" If it does not.

Do the QR code manipulations again (xumo.com/activate )

The box asks you to enter a location, you can skip selecting any.

Select Time Zone "Eastern"

Select Provider:

Hit "Ok" >> "Down" >> "Ok."

Share data with Xumo ?

If it is not important to the client, select "Allow to share".

Personalize the desktop and settings ?

At your discretion, "Skip..." skips this step.

The box is installed. At this stage, you can watch free TV from Xumo, as well as use YouTube, Netflix, Hulu....

To view Spectrum channels

Press "Down" to get to the application bar, then press "Right" to select "Spectrum" Press "OK" to launch.

It's done!

Channels should work, if you are asked to log in to your Spectrum account, or something does not match the instructions then see: "Xumo Troubleshooting"
